All service sales are final and non-refundable. We have a 72-hour satisfaction policy in case your lash or brow service needs adjustment, this is complimentary with your original service provider only within 72-hours of your appointment so please call 404-816-6006 or email email@example.com to return.
You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 24 hours in advance of your visit. If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions we have the right to charge you half of your service amount for your appointment time slots (and/or full amount for services less than $50). Thank you for understanding and valuing our provider's times. Prices are guidelines only and can vary depending on the staff member and the service performed in the salon.
